While we hope that you're always delighted with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. On the Plus Side is more that happy to exchange or refund goods purchased online for up to 14 days of receipt, provided goods are returned to our store in the original condition with the original tags etc

Please ensure all items are securely packaged. As On the Plus Side is not Liable for loss of an item being returned, we recommend that you return using tracked postage and notify us of its return. (ontheplussidenz@gmail.com )

• All undamaged, correctly returned products will be refunded to the original purchasers payment method with in 7 days.
• Goods are returned to On the Plus Side at your own expense.
• We do not accept returns for sale items or preloved items unless the goods are unknowingly defective.
• We reserve the right to refuse a returned product that is damaged by the recipient due to lack of care or disregard of washing instructions.
